mult possibilities: There are many possible causes of pain in the axilla (armpit). Could be from strenuous activity, leading to muscle strain in the region, or could be from trauma. Sometimes you may not even remember bumping yourself in that region. Additionally, should be from a hair that was cut incorrectly or a pimple or a bump there. LN or something else: LN x 3 months is nt a usual finding. This could be something else such as remnant of an abscess, sebaceous cyst or lipoma which are less likely, etc. Likely benign but have it looked at, perhaps w a POC US + CBC at lease. Unlikely: Do not check it more often than once in two weeks. If it doubles in size or other lymph nodes get larger, see doctor. For good health - If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
