Probably OK: This probably is good news. Whatever was causing your apparent lymph node enlargement probably is clearing up. It's normal for a few pea sized nodes to persist indefinitely after inflamed lymph nodes settle down, and many healthy people have such lumps in the neck, armpits or groin from distant past infections.
