If my lymph glands swollen in the pelvic area, should I push it out or leave it. I was squishing all my cellulite out of my stomach the day i noticed?

Not really: Lymph nodes are not considered swollen or enlarged unless they are bigger than one CM(>10 mm). But watch out, Intramammary lymph nodes can be a tumor as well.
