I have neurogenic detrusor dysfunction bladder retention; self-cath since 2014. Had a cauda equina nodule when this began. I have diagnosis of: CIDP, spine neuropathys, spurs, degenerative discs, chronic systemic lyme. Any type cure for my retention?

What is the best Lyme disease test? I've had the basic blood test done, came back negative, but is there a more thorough test to rule it out?
Thorough WesternBlot: The screen many doctors use, the elisa, only detects about half of those with lyme.
