Possibly: Dawson's fingers which appear on imaging is more consistent with demyelinating disease such as multiple sclerosis and not infection such as lyme. Old infection: with EBV is the pattern of IgG positive (including NA) and IgM negative. I assume the CMV which is a different infection is also the IgG?
