Yes: If the rash fits the butterfly or discoid rash or the subacute lupus skin lesion. ANA titer is usually high in lupus; you have not listed yours. The c3 and c4 are markers of disease activity and famously nonspecific. Don't try to self-diagnose; your age of 54 is a bit high for new-onset lupus though it's not impossible. ...Read more

Maybe: The real question is "Should we TREAT you for lupus with godawful high-power medications when you probably don't have it?" People with a clinical picture like yours usually have all this stuff go away after a while. Get seen by a specialty dermatologist for the rash; rosacea can mimic lupus. Ignore low-titer ANA's. Think about getting back to that fitness-focused lifestyle you had as a teen. ...Read more

I have a 1:160 homogenous ana, negative ANA reflex cascade. I have a face rash, chills, joint pain, raynaud's but i also tested positive for parvo. Could negative reflex cascade mean no lupus?

Lupus very possible: The symptoms you describe make lupus a distinct possibility. Often the ANA is the only positive autoantibody in patients with lupus.
