Sholder and chest pain and i can feal the sore muscles in my chest and when i move the arm i can feel some pain in my scapula is it heart related ?

Not Likely.: The symptoms you describe are most likely musculoskeletal in nature. This can occur when you overwork muscles for example with strenous exercise or heaving lifting for example. You do not say if you have any other problems. Cardiac pain is typically substernal, pressure like, with radiation to neck, jaw and sometimes down the arm. Of course, if this should reoccur, you should see you physician. ...Read more

Strong ache under the arm pit on the chest side radiated later to the shoulder blade, then down to make a band on the left upper arm. Pain stronger when standing. Nothing done to cause muscle strain.

Go to the hospital: The symptoms you describe are very concerning given your age. Without something that makes you think of a muscle strain, this is even more concerning. If you are short of breath, nauseated, have palpitations or are sweaty, please seek care immediately. Call 911. This can be a heart attack or a problem with your aorta. I hope it is neither of those things, but you should be seen asap to be sure. ...Read more

This may cause your chest pain and muscle pain. It requires a different treatment. Your rheumatologist can help you sort this out. ...Read more

I have sjogrens/lupus. When do I need to call my rheum about a small sore on my leg and one on my chest?

Call your rheum doc: Rashes can occur in sjogren's syndrome. If the sore has been there for more than a week and is not healing, or appears infected (pus, tender, red), call your rheumatologist. Based on your particular sjogren's (or lupus?) and medications, he/she may want you to see them or just go to your primary care doctor to have it checked out. If you are worried about it, at least call your regular doctor. ...Read more

Maybe: Lupus is a complex autoimmune disease in which the body is attacking its own tissue. Lupus is famous for affecting different people in different ways.
