JHS: 34yo fem. W. "pop & crack neck, shoulder, hip, low back" likely has Joint Hypermobility Syndrome. Joint crepitations are common with this disorder. However the pain sometimes aroused in this patient is not usual with JHS. Widespread muscle spasm might be explanatory or another pathology might be involved.
