Im being checked for pulmonary hypertension as well. Is tht caused by clot history or lupus? I have so many test coming ana, dsdna, sleep o2 level

I have SLE Lupus and pulmonary fibrosis. Is there a way to get rid of the cough. I use oxygen, take prednisone, cellcept, (mycophenolate mofetil) antimalarial meds.
Could not help much: I am sorry to tell unfortunately ,with the SLE and pulm. fibrosis bec. of the lung scarring you have this cough which couldn't be helped much . Supressing cough with medicines like codeine linctus help in heart failure patients ,but in ur case ,should not precipitate infections by suppressing cough. Recently began presnesone 10 mg 1x day for lupus. Energy level has improved greatly. Feel great. Will this last or will i develop tolerence in time.
What do you think it means when your complement level comes back high (176) but you test a "low" postive for lupus? This is for my 18 month old son.

Tibc = 463. Iron = 17. Saturation = 4. I have lupus. I get IV iron on occasion do I need it with these levels or can I wait hemoglobin 13
