How can I tell the difference between canker sore and a mouth ulcer? Being worked up for Lupus can this be a symptom?

Oral sore /lupus: see previous answer. F/U with rheumatologist as if from lupus will only resolve with lupus treatment. Check herpes I titers,may be concomitant infection.
