Cortisol deficiency : With true adrenal insufficiency diagnosed by an endocrinologist, one would need to be taking cortisol replacement therapy. Nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting and weight loss are classic symptoms of adrenal insufficiency which estrogen and Progesterone replacement don't address. Probably migraine: Migraines are the most common cause of frequent headaches, and they are often associated with nausea/vomiting. Otc pain meds can contribute to rebound/medication overuse headache, which causes the headaches to actually worsen in the long run. You should see a neurologist who can get you on a good preventative agent as well as a good acute agent (i.e. Triptan i.e. Imitrex) for the pain. ...Read more

Hit your head?: Did you get evaluated when you had your accident? Did you hit your head? These symptoms two weeks later could be indicative, worst case scenario of course, of swelling, blood or fluid about the brain which might require immediate evaluation.
