Hi there, I have sjögrens syndrome and mild lupus but my double strand DNA was neg, my ANA was 1:640 with speckled pattern. How can it be mild lupus?

Questionable: No one knows what lupus really is, so it's defined in terms of a checklist. A certain total number of findings allows the diagnosis to be made. ANA positive: A lot depends upon what is going on. with a person's signs and symptoms and the suspected disorder, ANA testing may be used along with or followed by other autoantibody tests.
