Today i had ANA test, results came back none detected. Why last month ANA was positive 320, on plaquinil and minocycline for lupus and dermatitis.

Maybe rosacea: Malar flushing is most commonly caused by a condition called rosacea. Many times there is a positive family history of similar symptoms.
