Scabies?: Really bad itchy rash all over the body is common in a few conditions. If the intensity of itching is high with this distribution, i would suspect scabies. Chiggers is another condition that can start with the legs and then spread. Poison ivy also can start at the legs and could be very itchy. Nondiagnostic: Without inspecting the type of rash, no specific diagnosis can be made. The lymph nodes are most likely reacting to the rash itself. I recommend a consultation by your physician or dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime try antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or Claritin which doesn't cause drowsiness. Try to think of any new exposure to foods or other substances. ...Read more

Allergic reaction- s: I would recommend immediate medical evaluation including blood testing and possible a steroid injection to abort this allergic attack.
