Medication complicat: The symptoms are from the atenolol and if they are from that med you probably have an intolerance to all beta blockers and medication metabolized by cytochrome p450 system in the liver. Need to stop the meds and check to see if you have enough magnesium in you body you probably need magnesium supplements. ...Read more

Sounds like FM: ANA is often "positive" but not clinically useful until it gets to positivity at 1:320 or 1::640 level. Diagnosis of lupus would have to have a compatible clinical syndrome first and supporting labs tests second. Your symptoms sound more typical of fm than sle. ...Read more
