Does prednisone have any negative interactions with adderall and would you think that adderall would be a good fit for someone with Lupus (SLE) with dibilitating fatigue/brain fog?
Yes: Prednisone type of drug enhances one's response to stimulants such as Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) when given in high enough dose.
