It would not be: Uncommon to have symptoms of light-headedness, dizziness and perhaps fatigue with systolic blood pressures in the 90's though many people tolerate this blood pressure satisfactorily. First, try to increase your fluid volume by drinking liquids, especially those with electrolytes including Gatorade.
