Don't eat those food: Processed foods are generally not healthy, as they tend to contain a lot of calories, sodium, additives, and preservatives, with little nutritional value. So I suggest avoiding those foods, especially since they also upset your GI tract. Yes, if u need them: Having lupus is not a contraindication for you to get allergy shots, if you need them. If you are on certain medications such as prednisone/high dose immunosupressives etc..The shots may not work well, but otherwise you can get them.
