How to increase my blood flow during menstruation as im anemia and have polycystic ovary?

How to increase my blood flow during menstruation as im anemia and have polycystic ovary?

PCOS usually causes: menstrual irregularity. Often, the small ovarian follicles that are formed do not trigger ovulation and the reproductive hormones--estrogen, progesterone, etc--become imbalanced. Irregular or absent periods result. The uterine lining may become thicker and shed irregularly resulting in heavy bleeding when it finally occurs. One would not want to increase this blood flow further, causing anemia. ...Read more

Can topamax (topiramate) cause dilupus? On plaquenil/nifedipene for raynaud. And have extreme swelling. Low complement. Headaches/dizziness.
