Can you have low immunity with lupus without being on immunosuppresents. This is what i was told todaykind of scared thinking I have lymphoma instead?
Would lymphoma cause like just one or 2 palpable nodes or like many through out neck and head? Or if all over would it be more like lupus?

Wbc 11.8 platelets 400 abs lymphs 4.2 vit D 15.8 B12 278 test monthly. Why? Mention of luekemia or lymphoma on top of my lupus but just watching. Why?
It's not clear.: Lupus can affect your blood counts, but your WBC is fine and your platelets are high normal. Your vitamin D is low, and I see you are taking Vitamin D. For the lymphocyte count, look at the normal values on the lab report. If your lympocytes are high or low, your doctor may be following them.
