Depends on etiology: Of ulcers. If they are caused by lack of arterial circulations, you need to correct the blockage. If they are caused by lack of venous circulation, you need to improve venous drainage. If they are caused by small vessel disease as in diabetes, there is no direct way to control the ulcers.
