Recently diagnosed with lupus. Have awful dry eye and light sensitivity with swollen red lids. On restasis and prednisone as well as plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine).

Lupus: Positive ANA tests are often seen in hashimotos disease which causes a lot of the symptoms you described. It's autoimmune thyroid disorder.
