Lung cancer late symptom are cough with blood weight loss what are the earlier symptoms ?

None

Lung_cancer
It is rare for early lung cancer to have symptoms at all. The vast majority of patients with symptoms unfortunately have advanced, incurable disease. There are data suggesting that screening may be of help in certain high risk populations but at the end, reducing risk by not participating in the consumption of tobacco products is the best you can do. Be healthy.

Do not wait

This can mean your life. Find a city or county hospital, or indigent care facility. Try to call a doctor and explain your circumstances, they might be willing to see you for free. You need to know if this is cancer or an infection. Infection is curable, cancer can be curable now, but will not be later.

Sometimes

Cancer
Some lung cancers cause obstruction of the air passage with atelectasis=collapse and pneumonia as a result. If pneumonia does not resolve with usual treatment, CT scan and followup CT may be indicated to uncover a sneaky cancer.

Why do people sigh? Is sighing a symptom of lung disease?

Reflex

Brain
Sighing is usually an involuntary reflex in which your brain is telling your diaphragm and other chest wall muscles to expand your lungs fully in order to open up the air sacs in your lungs. Someone once estimated that we sigh every 20 minutes. Yawning is a similar reflex.

Chest pains for 3 days now, could this be a symptom of lung cancer?

I doubt it

Chest-lung
Lung cancer is always worrisome. I would not jump to conclusions. If you smoke, your chances of cancer are greater than those who do not. If you do not smoke, then the pain can have many different causes. If worried get cxr. Lung cancer does not cause pain and even end stage people rarely complain of pain, rather sob or hematemesis. You could have simply strained the chest muscles. Fear not.
