I had a pulmonoary function testing done 4 weeks ago. Results came back 92% lung function and good. Now i feel like i can hardly breathe. Can my breathing decline so fast over 4 weeks?

About 4 years ago I expierienced a sharp pain in my higher chest/lung area when breathing. The pain is back and worse than ever. Any ideas?
Dr. can check chest: Cannot tell what is causing the pain without an exam. Could be from ribs and joints. Could be a collapsed lung (pneumothorax) due to an air leak from the inside of the lung through the covering of the lung, out into the space between the lung and the ribs.
