Are luna bars a healthy option for a snack bar? What are your thoughts on it? If not, which snack bar do you recommend? Thanks dr.
Depends: The higher the concentration of cacao, the less sugar and saturated fat, and the less added artificial ingredients, the healthier chocolate becomes. The same can be said for the crisps. Avoid added ingredients that include chemicals. The bottom line is don't eat too much of either and always avoid added sugars and chemicals. ...Read more

Iron tablets recalle: Actually it is iron tablets contaminated with Meclizine that have been recalled. Bottles, marketed as iron (ferrous sulfate) and manufactured by advance pharmaceutical inc. Contained tablets of Meclizine hcl instead! the affected lot number is 12g468. The upc bar code for this lot is 0 0536-5890-01. The recall occurred january 17, 2013.
