Lumps Inside Penis
Last 3 months, developed lumps inside shaft of my penis.
4 possibly 5 of them.
The lower ones seem like peas, top one is longer, or a chain?
Need a look at them: Besides history, a direct look at & feel on them is minimally required for deducing right diagnosis for right care, although clinically these lumps could be just the common sebaceous cysts, which are harmless so not needing active care if no superimposed infection. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Not sure what are...: Without a direct look, it is hard to tell what they may be, but clinically, pearly penile papules along the corona of glans penis are likely. If so, there is no need to treat them since being inborn, harmless, & not contagious. How to sort all related things out correctly for right care? Pearly papules?: One man in about one hundred is the lucky owner of "pearly penile papules" along the corona (the back part of the glans). They are a normal variant and might be considered something of a plus. If for some reason you don't like them, they can be removed using a laser. Maybe, maybe not: Lumps & bumps are hard to describe in words. If one has little bumps on the head of his penis, and std's have been ruled out, they could be "pearly penile papules", which are small, skin-colored papules that usually are located on the edge of the head of the penis (visible when the foreskin is pulled all the way back). I have a cluster of flesh coloured lumps bottom end, upper-left side of my penis shaft. I have tried freezing them off but they don't disappear fully.

Not normal: but it could be harmless lump such as sebaceous cysts,ppp, fordyce's spot's. It can also be warts, molluscum contagiousum, herpes . Those are bad lumps needs to be treated. Maybe skin cysts?: A little bump on the skin that has whitish stuff inside, but is not pus as in a pimple, is likely a skin cyst that contains skin oils and skin cells. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can look at it to see what can be done. Sometimes, keeping the cyst empty for a while will allow it to shrink in size.
