Also, many signs/symptoms of pregnancy may be signs/symptoms of other cycle related issues. With pcos, you may not have regular, predictable cycles that allow for knowledge of predicted ovulation. Bodybuilder, never used steroids, having puffy nipples for so long. When pressed inwards Feels there is hollowness under areola, no pain, no lumps.
Normal variant: Hard to be certain what the problem is without proper examination but on the onset it doesn't sound life- threatening. When I press my right nipple for SBE its soft, easy to press inward, almost like its hollow beneath. I can even feel the outline of the tissue around the areola, but on left its very dense and doesn't give. Is this normal? I have implants, no lumps.

Normal findings...: The breast tissue usually feels "lumpy" because of the mammary glands which give them that quality. However, if you have felt a hard lump or larger than usual that persists for several days or more it is time to have that checked with your doctor. not to be ignored - even if you had your mammogram last week. With a negative mammogram a cancer is unlikely but any change in the breast as you described should be brought to medical attention. Cyst: Cysts and fibroadenomas (benign tumors) are the most common cause of unilateral breast pain. I would see your doctor for a breast exam soon. They will likely order an ultrasound and/or mammogram to determine what the cause is. Sometimes there is no cause found. Most breast lumps ar: A painless lump means it is not due to infection or inlammation. You should show it to your doctor some time soon especially if it is increasing in size over the next few months. Check it once every week or two and note the size for any increase. Not necessarily: Go to see your doc and have further examination. If I am not mistaken, you are talking about a breast lump/breast enlargement correct- or gynecomastia. There are different causes of gynecomastia- from hormonal, medication, other disease-such as liver disease, tumor etc. If your doctor thinks that there is a lump there- a mammogram or sonogram of the breast as well as other blood tests can be done.
