I have a painless lump on the side of my foot next to my heel. I noticed it yesterday because it was itching.Should i be concerned and see a doctor?

Don't mess with it.: If you are running painlessly with a dime size lump on your foot, I see no reason to have someone fool with it. The lump will do one of three things.
