Blue lump on check upper jaw line painful to touch originally thought was a pimple till I looked at it. Should I get it checked?
YES: Any discolored lump, especially in sun exposed areas must be seen and evaluated by a dermatologist.
Have had a small lump in upper neck under jaw for awhile now. In the last few days it has grown but I have been sick making me think its a lymph node?
Lymph node: It may indeed be a swollen lymph node brought on by an upper respiratory infection. Check it out with your doctor.
I have a knot in my throat on the right side just above my upper jaw line. I also have a lump on my neck which is on the right side just at my hair.

I have a hard (small) bump in my upper jaw on right side hard palate from last -7 years. I have allergy and sinusitis also. Bump is irritating now.
Oral lesion: That bump needs to be evaluated. If it has been there that long and not really changed, that is a good thing. It may just be something has locally irritated it. Your tobacco use history is of some concern. Please get it checked out by a healthcare professional. Good luck.

Lymph Node: A lot of poss answers to this & a lot depends on the characteristics it. There are a lot of areas of lymph nodes in the body (see pic) including in the "submandibular" space below the chin. This could be from your body fighting a viral or bacterial infection-which may need tx. If viral it will likely go away by itself. Could also be an abscess or other prob. If stays, red, warm, fever get checked

Lymph node or...: The area under your jaw has lymph nodes and salivary glands. The most common is the submandibular gland, which is present on both sides and can be moveable. If concerned, have it checked by an ENT doctor.
Difficult to say: A lump in that area could be due to a tooth infection. A bit more rare, but not unheard of is also a blockage of the saliva duct in your cheek. There are also other possibilities, so you should see your doctor or a dentist if you think it could be due to a tooth.
