Multiple soft lumps in a row. Right side of abdomen. One is about 3.5cm below right rib cage, and there are about 4 smaller ones below that. Causes?

It can be anything: It depends on the location. The feel of the lump on palpation, duration as to how long it has been there, if itt is paiful. Moves under the fingers, soft-firm-hard, painful or painless, any associated symptoms like nausea, vomotong, constipation or dihhrea. I will suggest you make an appointment with your doctor and get it chrcked as it is of concern to you.
Well, most likely: The only way to obtain an accurate assessment will be via actual medical assessment. This will allow for visualization and palpation.

Tummy exercise lump: More history is required. Is it stable in size or does it change with bearing down/coughing. Is it fixed in location or relatively mobile? Are there any overlying skin changes? Any alteration in bowel habits. Any relation to food intake? Etc. Dicsuss this with you primary care physician and do not ignore it.

Large abdominal mass: That's a pretty large mass - it might be attached to the right ovary but grown into the left side of your abdomen - causing pressure on other structures including the ureters and or left ovary. Yes.: Tumor means lump. It does not mean cancer. But it's hard to imagine why you would think this could be diagnosed over the internet. Seek attention from someone who can actually examine you.
