Not likely.: A lump in the soft palate a year and a half after your extractions is not likely to have any association with that previous surgery. You should have that evaluated by either an oral surgeon or ENT (otolaryngologist). They will probably ask you if the area might have been traumatized (burned, etc) just before it's appearance and how it is behaving (getting better or worse). Don't ignore it. ...Read more
