Lipomas?: I am not sure of the actual name for these, but when you hit your nose you crushed the fat layer under the skin. It responds by scarring just like the skin itself does. When that happens under the skin you get these firm little nodules. They won't hurt you. Sometimes they will go away by themselves. AND, I think your point is you don't want the thing there.
It isn't acne. It is unlikely to go away on its own nor get much worse although some skin cancers CAN be like this.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
