Lipomas?: I am not sure of the actual name for these, but when you hit your nose you crushed the fat layer under the skin. It responds by scarring just like the skin itself does. Infection: usually lumps that hurt are infections. The fact that it drained is also important for infection. Try a warm moist cloth three times a day for a few days. You still may have more to drain. AND, I think your point is you don't want the thing there. It isn't acne. It is unlikely to go away on its own nor get much worse although some skin cancers CAN be like this. Be brave, get seen: Nowadays even if this is a cancer (and it may well not be), it can be treated effectively without disfiguring you. With microsurgery widely available, you may have difficulty even seeing where it was removed. Ignore it, and you will end up with a much more serious problem. And to be brave, act brave.
