I have a painless lump on my anterior tibialis ligament and my Achilles tendon on my left foot. No trauma. What could it be.

Over used heel.: It sounds like you are describing a posterior calcaneal spur with associated Achilles tendinitis. Stopping, or severely reducing, the pull of the Achilles tendon is the first line of treatment. Application of heat and/or cold will help, but the tendinitis inflammation must be reduced and off loading is the best way. Elevated heels on your shoes may help. Most likely its the: Ends of a broken bone which probably are angulated at the break site or if the injury is 4-6 weeks old, it might be the healing bony tissue.
