I have this werid lump on my hip bone I have just found it. It occured after I have a brousing should I be worried what could it be? I'm stressing
Bony Lesion: This is because you may have a hematoma/contusion (the painful swelling described) that is limited to this or worse, associated with a fracture. But this also may represent something more ominous if this was actually pre-existing such as a neoplastic process (tumor) and was only incidentally discovered because of trauma. See your physician who can help you with diagnosis (may involve an xray). ...Read more

I slipped & felI landed super hard on my hip. Couple hours later, I noticed on the hip bone a big, hard lump. What is this, and what should I do?
Hip: Most people consider their hip pointer as their hip bone, so if this is the part that was injured, most of the time the protective bursa shields the bone and therefore preventing a fracture. Simple vs serious: Our bodies always have things that grow and change. Skin, fat, muscle, lymph nodes, bones, can change shape, get larger, more prominent due to many factors. I am 23 years old and I noticed a small movable lump under the skin right next to my right hip bone. It doesn't hurt but should I be worried?
Hard to say: If you have a soft tissue lesion anywhere that you have noticed, it bears observation. Lesions that are increasing in size, especially rapidly, or those associated with increasing pain, are concerns for malignancy. A painless mass which is constant in size, unchanging in appearance, and unchanged over time is likely benign. Lipomas are the most common soft tissue benign lesions; common and benign. ...Read more
