Hello I have found a lump bac of my neck under my hair line its been ther about 4 weeks now my face and head is realy itchy?

Lump on neck: A lump on the back of the neck could be a cyst or a lipoma. It is unlikely to be a cancer. If you have a rash, with the itchiness, the lump could also be a swollen lymph gland. So I would treat the itchiness with dandruff shampoo and Hydrocortisone cream1%, and I would apply warm compresses to the lump. See a doctor if you are not better after a week or two. Read more

Have a lump in my hair after drinking one night. Its daily big maybe golf ball sized. Don't know if I hit my head. I found it Sunday it's now Friday.

Hematoma: If the lump is underneath the scalp, could be a hematoma, which is a harmless blood clot underneath the skin; you may have hit your head the other night at an area with a small blood vessel that bled. Also, alcohol temporarily thins your blood, making an accident like this more likely to occur. My advice: stop drinking, avoid taking aspirin/NSAIDs, and leave it alone; your body will reabsorb it Read more
