Pulsing in ear, if it is true heartbeat and not just buzzing could be a sign of vascular -carotid aneurysm/dissection rarely. If buzz is just due to infection. To have this lump on the collar bone without current or previous injury it concern me, but if you had injury could be related to that.

Needs more info: Confused about your question. Can you feel a lump or not. You should be able to feel your collarbone and follow it all the way to the end. Bone feels hard. You may feel a lymph node under your collarbone but that would be movable. Feels almost like a small soft marble. Should not be tender to touch.
