Cold symptoms--fever, head/bodyaches, chills. Now noticed a small lump on right side of neck only in-between chin and shoulder. Should i be concerned?

Squishy lumps@base of neck in triangle area above collarbone. Sides of face swelling w/ numbness. Pain n large veins both sides of throat. Doc no help?
Follow up: I would recommend you follow up to be seen directly. Although there are multiple possibilities, one of the more likely findings you are describing is lymphadenopathy, in which the lymph nodes are abnormally seollen often related to an infectious or inflammatory process. Lump on side head : Not certain what a lump means in UK. Exactly where is it on the side of your head? Assume you are not talking about after a head bang? Size of a pea, cherry , lemon, cricket ball or what? What brought it on? What does it feel like? Can it be moved or is it fixed to your skull? Had them before? All of these needed to make a guess.
