Cold symptoms--fever, head/bodyaches, chills. Now noticed a small lump on right side of neck only in-between chin and shoulder. Should I be concerned?

Although there are multiple possibilities, one of the more likely findings you are describing is lymphadenopathy, in which the lymph nodes are abnormally seollen often related to an infectious or inflammatory process.
