Lump on lower right side above my hip not painful but uncomfortable and is rather large. What could it be?
Few possibilities : Lipoma comes to mind, but a hernia is also possible. Also, could be a hematoma if u had stretched it too much or injured urself. Seek MD attention: The pain could be from number causes but need urgent MD attention if worse pain esp consider: appendicitis, hernias which can get strangulated, or (less common on right) diverticulitis, for example.
