Lump Inside Buttock Cheek
There is a huge painfull lump inside buttock cheek of my boyfriend. Its hard and maybe 2 inches or more long and maybe 1 inch wide.No head.?

Gluteal lump: My best gress is that this is herpes simplex. It usually last a few weeks then clears but may leave a pigmented scar. It does recur however and can be contageous.
