E. coli: Urinary tract infection may be indicated by the presence of bacteria in urine culture if present in large numbers (>100, 000/ml). I have 2 advice for you: be patient and follow doctors order and drink, drink a lot, use cranberry in form of juice or pills. Perhaps you have a urinary tract infection (either bladder or kidney) or a sexually transmitted disease (where lump represents swollen gland).
