Phelgm in throat: You are young for throat cancer unless you chewed a lot of betel nuts. More likely you have sinusitis, allergies with phelgm could try Zyrtec (cetirizine) and see if it helps . Throat lump: It can be associated with acid reflux and i see that you have heartburn and you smoke, which does not help it. The lump may also be from post nasal drip if you have nasal allergies.
