Had GP and ENT look at this pea sized hard lump in the side of my neck. One says node one says knot. been there 3 months. good cbc. no tests, concern?
Lymph node: If the general practitioner or the otolaryngologist think that this is a lymph node, and it is FIRM and has been present for 3 months, I would recommend that you have it biopsied. Pea sized is on the small side for a lymph node, however. Probably cyst: Small movable lumps are more likely benign cysts and not lymphoma. However there is no way to tell this without exam. Please see your doctor and have them check it and check for other possibly enlarged lymph nodes. The doctor may want to do some testing.
