I have a lump on my abdomen that is pulsating. It moves around when I push it. Could this be an aaa?
I have a movable lump in my abdomen when laying on back pulsates and can be moved with from ribs to top of hip bones. Not painful/sexually active.

Without knowing more information - age, cardiac risk factors, more characteristics of chest pain, and other symptoms, I suggest you seek medical attention asap. Your pulsatile lump sounds like an umbilical hernia. If it is tender, it should also be evaluated as soon as possible.
