Hard lump on penile shaft. Under the skin n is the color of my skin. Seems to have grown over the year. What kind of Dr should I see? A local clinic?
Lump on penile shaft. Been there for a year n recently looks like a pimple with pus building up. Have not had sexual activity so not sure what it mayb?
1 exam = 1000 words: A pimple is essentially an infected hair follicle, usually following a plugged sebaceous gland, and is red and inflamed and somewhat tender. If not infected, a plugged sebaceous gland can cause a sebaceous cyst. Molluscum contagiosum is not red and has a core that and looks white like pus. It is also possible to have a genital wart without sexual activity, but rare to have just one. Rec: exam. ...Read more
I have a slightly large lump on my penile shaft it been there for a couple days it won't pop doesn't hurt on when squeezed want to know what it is?
Could be a number of: Different things, but the only way to really know is to see your Dr. It may be embarrassing to you, but it is normal for doctors to examine the private parts. Looking things up on the internet can lead to misdiagnosis and unnecessary anxiety, so I always recommend seeing a Dr FIRST. Also, it is probably a good idea not to try and pop it, as this may lead to infection/inflammation and make it worse ...Read more
Hi I have a very small red lump on my penile shaft anything to be worried about it sometimes disappears when I wash well what could it be thanks.
Hemangioma?: A "red lump" on the skin (penis or anywhere) that vanishes and reappears pretty much has to be related to blood vessels, e.g. a hemangioma (blood vessel "mole") or telangectasia (a small tangle of blood vesels), etc. These could be more prominent with increased blood flow, e.g. during erection, warm water, etc. No STD would do this; e.g. I doubt a genital wart. But show a doc you remain concerned. ...Read more
I had a small lump on my penile shaft 2 weeks ago & then it started getting bigger, I had very little pain, but uncomfortable during sex?
Here are some...: What you described may suspect the occurrence of an infected sebaceous gland, which may gradually enlarge to burst and drain in 3-7 days, and self-healed in 5-10 days. But, without a direct look, it is still hard to give a right diagnosis. If in doubt. Seek timely evaluation and counseling. ...Read more
Bumps on the penis:
this could be a benign condition known as sebaceous cysts. Or, it could be warts. I would recommend at least having a medical expert take a look at them sometime to make sure they are not warts and thus a viral illness with the human papilloma virus. ...Read more

Small painless lump under the skin of the side penile shaft, doesn't seem to move and is more noticeable when erect, it can be felt when flaccid?
See in real life: Skin bumps can sometimes be diagnosed via video. A patient can try HealthTap PRIME for a virtual consult (there is a fee). Otherwise, one's primary care doctor or a dermatologist can examine the bump. It could be a closed comedone, a plugged sebaceous gland or follicle, an unusual mole, or less likely a wart. It may be best to get it examined, so that the doctor gets the texture and feel of it. ...Read more

I have a painless very small lump under the skin of my penile shaft on the left side, I am not sexually active and it doesn't hurt to touch or move?
Unlikely serious: If you've never had sex, then its not an std. Cysts are fairly common on the penis, other possibilites include a large gland, an inflamed follicle (from masterbation) or an enlarged vein. I would recommend you see a urologist or dermatologist for confirmation and reassurance. ...Read more

Immediately after unprotected sex, red lumps appeared on my penile shaft. They do not hurt and all of them have a hair on them. Is this and STD?
Not an STD: No infection can cause symptoms immediately after exposure. For most STDs, 1-2 days is the minimum. Also STD lesions are not associated with hairs. This sounds like a physical or chemical irritation, or allergy (e.g. to latex condom? spermicide?). Or maybe you had impending folliculitis (the hairs are a clue) that became more visible because of increased blood flow that accompanies sexual arousal. ...Read more
There is a lumps in the shaft of my penis in left part which goes back&forth frm tje base up to middle and cause pain when its erect can u help me tnx?
Cyst or Peyronies: The lesion in the penile shaft could be a sebaceous cyst which would lie just underneath the skin and moves with the skin or could be a peyronie's plaque which is typically firm, on the shaft of the penis and often causes a bend in the penis typically upwards or to the side and maybe painful. Suggest seeing a urologist or primary care physician for evaluation. ...Read more
I have a lump on the shaft of my penis. It is noticeable when soft as well. It does not hurt, but freaks me out. What is it?
Fracture/hematoma...: If this happened after sex, it may be possible that you may have a small penile fracture. When the penis is erect, sometimes when it is bent (during thrusting or movement during sex) or when you are using a unique position during sex, you can damage the connective tissue inside the penis and cause bruising. Seek medical attention if the area becomes tender, ulcerated or you have trouble urinating. ...Read more

Pain in my penis along the shaft while erect. Has been painful for couple months now. Can feel a lump along the shaft, should it heal and what is it?
Last 3 months, developed lumps inside shaft of my penis. 4 possibly 5 of them. No pain. The lower ones seem like peas, top one is longer, or a chain?
Need a look at them: Besides history, a direct look at & feel on them is minimally required for deducing right diagnosis for right care, although clinically these lumps could be just the common sebaceous cysts, which are harmless so not needing active care if no superimposed infection. Doctor can examine: One's primary care doctor can examine the penis if a new lump does not go away in a few days. Gentle masturbation should not create any new lumps anywhere. If excessive force is used, one possible cause of a new lump is the breaking of a small blood vessel under the skin, leading to bleeding and swelling at that area of trauma. As always in life, everything in moderation. ...Read more
