In addition, the presence of the lump in the neck is worrisome and should be, if needed, biopsied. I had FBC done after finding a lump in neck. Results came back "satisfactory" and nothing else was said. Still waiting on ultrasound. Is that good?

The FBC was probably performed to exclude a tumour of the blood such a lymphoma, and to see the result as 'satisfactory' is reassuring.
