Lump In My Stretched Ear Lobe
I have a hard, fixated lump in my neck (under ear) and in my inner right thigh. I noticed the pea-sized lump in my neck and groin about 2 years ago.
Lump in neck/groin: May be a lymph node from chronic sinusitis in the neck and prostatitis/urethritis in the groin or autoimune conditions.. Seek medical attention at urgent care as lymph nodes can enlarge for other reasons like masses/tumors (less likley but still possible) so you need to have it checked out. ...Read more

Tight forehead for years left to middle forehead .Tinnitus right ear. When i massage face or shoulders. My left ear moves up&down.Scar in front of ear
Approaches: I agree w earlier info. In addition, consider scar treatment for the scar that is anterior to your ear. It may be adhesive & respond well to acupuncture scar deactivation with or without e-stim or scar injection (not with steroids). Additionally, seeing ENT is a must for chronic tinnitus. Looks like you have already been diagnosed with stress headaches (does that mean tension headache?) you >>. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Hi, i've got pain in my left ear left side of my throat , swollen left gland .Pain in the back of my neck that shoots to my shoulders , and voice box?
Hard to say.: The only objective detail in your question is the swollen gland in your neck. The other symptoms of radiating pain could be viral in origin. The other possibility is tmd. This problem of muscle hyperactivity in the muscles of mastication can radiate into the shoulders and neck. If the pain in the ear is not associated with hearing loss, then tmd is the most likely possibility. ...Read more

I have a bump on each side of my face above my jaw right in front of my ear lobe , maybe anterior auricular gland ? More painful when pushed on .
TMJ pain, likely: You're probably feeling your temporomandibular joint, it's supposed to be there. Some people develop pain there because their bite doesn't quite match up, they clench their teeth, they chew gum, or they injured it. A soft diet can help, heating pads also offer relief. It would be rare to have some kind of mass in the parotid gland on both sides. If it continues to be a problem see an ent. ...Read more

I have a small, painful lump behind both ear lobes. They dont hurt outright, but they hurt to touch. Is this serious?
Hard to say: These could be lymph nodes or cysts or infected/clogged follicles or even something else. Since it's bilateral - as in on both sides - lymph nodes are more likely the culprit. To be sure you should seek an in person evaluation. Hope this helps. ...Read more
What is the lump near my ear? I found it right in front of the lobe and it feels painful to touch, I found it 3 days ago. It's semi hard but moves
Preauricular node: the fact that you can move it argues that it is not attached to the skull. You likely had an infection in that region of your body and the cells there gave up their lives in their "last full measure of devotion" to protect you. If it doesn't go down soon, see your doc. ...Read more

Hi, I have this lump in my ear lobe, had one before but it went but this is bigger and hurts a lot, any help?
Cyst: There are small oil glands inside the ear lobe. If their drainage point is blocked the fluid will keep filling the sac and cause a lump. Sometimes over time and with massage the cyst will drain. If it's not red massage the area gently several times a day to see if that changes thing. As with any weird lump/bump a real exam by MD is usually the best way to get the right diagnosis. ...Read more
I have a lump behind the lobe on my left ear, it hurts and is not on the surface of the skin..What could this be?
Sebaceous cyst: Sebaceous cysts are benign. The body of the cyst is filled with dead skin cells and oil from the skin’s oil glands. They can be manipulated with the fingers and moved beneath the skin. Sebaceous cysts are painless unless they have become infected or are pressing on a nerve. They can occur anywhere on the body where sebaceous glands are present, including the earlobes where they are not uncommon. ...Read more

Small lump in ear lobe, ball like, next to pierced ear. hurts alittle bit when pressed? seems to in reds in size as well.
Piercing infection: Sounds like the piercing got infected. Remove the earring (you can re-pierce it later if the piercing closes up). If you can gently express any pus from the area through the piercing hole, that will help it heal. You can use a warm compress to help get the pus out and for comfort. If it doesn't clear up in a few days, or starts looking worse, you may need antibiotics. ...Read more

I can feel a lump in my ear lobe and i can move it with my fingers and it hurts slightly when i press on it. What could it possibly be?
Cyst or scar: If your ears are pierced, sometimes people get more aggressive scar growth that can be tender when pushed on. Many people also get small epidermal/sebaceous cysts on their earlobes. Or, it could be the start of a deep zit. Keep an eye on it, and let a dermatologist take a peek if things change and become worse, red, or infected looking. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Lump directly behind left ear lobe. Itches and full of pus. Popped it 5 times, but is back the next day. Sometimes hard, sometimes squishy.
Cyst or lymph node: Either you have a lymph node or more likely an infected sebaceous cyst. Once it pops it will continue to pop. You can try warm compress and meticulous cleaning but it will recur soon or years later. Treatment for the cyst requires cutting it out. It can be done in the office. A general surgeon will have experience with this also plastics and ENT. ...Read more

? Lymph node: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, and physical examination, however your description suggests an enlarged lymphnode. It may be due to an infection in your mouth or on the scalp. You may watch and wait. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, you should see a doctor. ...Read more
