Swelling in left breast, collar bone, armpit, and shoulder blade area in the left half of my back. A hard bone like lump above my left breast.
Pain in right shoulder, under arm pit (lat area), shoulder in the pec area and under tricep and elbow joint. Pins and needles in forefinger.
Found a firm mobile pea-sized lump under skin near elbow on left forearm. Now found one near elbow on upper arm, and one 1/2 way up back right bicep.

What's your question: "lump in top of [my] leg" could be due to many things. If you're describing groin area where thigh joints pelvis, this might be a hernia or swollen lymph node (gland). Hematoma or bleeding could do this. Infection, too, even abscess, if red & painful. Severely broken bone but i think you'd have a pretty good idea of that. Hives? But those are temporary & itchy.
