Abnormal lumps in upper abdomen and center of chest, somewhat tender if pressed in. It started out as just one, now their are several more?
No pain rock hard lump on my upper abdomen right at the center of rib cage. I usually feel bloated and want to puke. Can't sleep and can't burp.?

Likely benign: Tiny lumps under the skin can be due to several things. If these don't move about under the skin when you push on them, they are probably skin cysts. IF they are deep in the skin and feel squishy, they may be noncancerous fatty growths called lipomas. In between my upper abdomen, there is a small 10mm ish lump. It is soft to touch and is only visible when I flex my abdomen.
