I have have a fairly large lump on my bicep for a few months now. What is it? Should i be worried? It doesn't hurt.

Bicep muscle popped during workout yesterday. Doesn't hurt anymore but there is a lump on bicep muscle now.
Partial muscle tear: Sounds like a partial muscle tear, in which case, there is not too much to do as it will heal on its own. However, you probably should get it checked out by your medical provider.
