Probably: Some pain with a hernia is normal. If you are having fevers, nausea/vomiting, or the skin over the hernia is red/purple and you are having a LOT of abdominal pain then you need to go the ER. Otherwise it's okay to wait. Keep an eye on it, and try to push it back in if it pops out. Wearing a back brace that gives abdominal support might help as well. Good luck! ...Read more
